Comment / Eastern painted up this SAAB 2000 in a special scheme to promote Aberdeen City and Shire in spring 2006. Personally I think it's a bit of a let down! Seen arriving at Stansted on a charter from Berlin.

Comment / G-MAJM was rolled out in this special scheme, promoting the North East of England, in November last year. The slogan above the window line reads "passionate people, passionate places".

Comment / My first glimpse of the new Eastern colours - a great improvement over the old scheme! As it happens, it was on this aircraft, G-MAJL, that the new livery first appeared last month.

Comment / Although leased to Eastern Airways for some time now, D-CIRB is now painted up in the carrier's full livery and operates Eastern's 4 daily return services between Newcastle and London City.
